You must have javascript enabled in your browser to use ULink.
To check if you have javascript enabled and to enable it, follow these steps:
Windows Users
1. Choose Tools > Internet Options.
2. Choose the "Security" Tab.
3. Click "Custom Level."
4. Under "Active Scripting," make sure the "Enable" radio button is selected.
5. Click "OK."
Macintosh Users
1. Choose Edit > Preferences.
2. Click "Web Content" on left pane of window.
3. Make sure "Enable Scripting" under Active Content is checked.
