ULink (the University of Louisville Information Network) is a feature provided with PeopleSoft 8. In the future, ULink will be the site for internal news and information and a point of access for employees and students to conduct university business. Currently, ULink is optional. A PeopleSoft 8 link and some other features are available at ULink now. New links and features will be added in the coming weeks and in the more distant future. In short, the page will change to accommodate employee and student needs.

Please follow the guidelines below when using ULink.

Browser Requirements

1. You must use Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher (Windows users) or Internet Explorer version 5 (Macintosh users) to use ULink.

2. You must have Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connections enabled in Internet Explorer.

Logging In and Using PeopleSoft 8

1. Log in to ULink using your PeopleSoft User ID and Password.

If you have any questions regarding your user id and password, please send an email to asksamit@gwise.louisville.edu.

2. Once you log in, Choose PeopleSoft HR/SA > PeopleSoft Application. This will take you to PeopleSoft 8. Demonstration

When you sign out:

You must hit "yes" at the following prompt: "The web page you are viewing is trying to close the window. Do you want to close the window?" Explanation and Instructions
