Almost all fast foods and most foods bought in packages, bottles, cans, and
restaurants are altered chemically and are extremely high in salt, sugar,
and/or fat. During this class, you'll experience the delicious taste of foods
in forms close to the ones in which they grew naturally from the earth. During
field trips to a large conventional grocery store and a natural foods store,
you'll practice wise label reading and optimum food selection. Discussions and
demonstrations will reveal simple, natural, quick, and delicious ways to
