In recognition of the UN's World Water Day on March 22nd, UofL will be encouraging you to take action to tackle the water crisis.
Around the world, there are over 663 million people living without a safe water supply close to home, spending countless hours queuing or trekking to distant sources, and coping with the health impacts of using contaminated water.
Thankfully, Louisville is one place where these issues are not so acute and we are blessed with award-winning, safe, delicious water as close as the nearest tap. It's time to recognize this fact and ditch wasteful bottled water for good.
