The Urban & Public Affairs speaker series presents Joshua Poe, an independent researcher and activist, and a graduate of UofL's Masters of Urban Planning program.
He developed the award-winning storymap Redlining Louisville: The History of Race, Class, and Real Estate.
He is currently working on crowd-investment strategies to revitalize formerly redlined neighborhoods through participatory planning.
