This announcement affects all wireless users currently using the Vista operating system. Information Technology announces that two wireless networking options are available for Vista: a new Odyssey client supporting Vista and a new "client-less" solution that uses wireless support included with the Microsoft operating systems.

If you are a Vista user and have contacted the HelpDesk to receive help to wirelessly connect to the university's networks, you must either download the Odyssey client or configure your system to use the Microsoft wireless protocol by no later than May 2. Support for your existing connection will end on May 2.
