PERSONAL PC FAQs

1.       How long does maintenance/repair take?
The length of time required to service your PC depends upon the issue or failure reported.  An IT representative will contact you after diagnosing the issue to give you an estimated complete time.

2.       What does it cost?
The cost of service is dependent upon whether your PC repair is covered under warranty. If so, total cost (if any) is made in accordance to the terms of your warranty agreement.  If your PC is not covered under warranty, an IT representative will contact you to discuss parts and labor charges before proceeding with the repair. If your PC is still covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty period, you can still use iTech Xpress for PC maintenance and repair services.

3.       How do I get started?
Stop by the iTech Xpress store in Miller Information Technology Center to get started with your repair. You will be asked to complete a form describing your issue and authorizing iTech Xpress to diagnose it.
