Hello Everyone

 

It‘s that time of year again for you to give us a final evaluation of your note taking experience.  Not only does your response assist us in providing and maintaining quality accommodation services, but it also gives us an indication of your student’s participation throughout the semester.

 

To ensure that your note taker receives proper and timely payment, it is your responsibility to complete and return this service evaluation.  Note taker payments may  not be processed until this information has been received.
