Hello everyone!
It‘s that time of year again for you to give us an evaluation of your note-taker(s). Not only does your response assist us in seeking and maintaining quality note-takers, but it also gives us an indication of how well your note-taker’s performance has been throughout the semester.

To ensure that your note taker receives proper and timely payment, it is your responsibility to complete and return this service evaluation. Note taker payments may not be processed until this information has been received.
