You will be notified via EMAIL if your request for a locker has been approved. Requests will be honored on a first come first serve basis.

Once notified you will need to come to the Student Activities Office (SAC, W310) within FIVE work days to pay the semester rental fee. Lockers will be renewed at the beginning of each semester.

ADA Lockers are available by Request

The Office of Student Activities and the University of Louisville are not responsible for any items stored in the lockers.
