Student Activities Center Bad Weather Schedule Operating Hours
General Statement
In the event of bad weather, the Student Activities center, Intramural facilities, and University Dining Services will observe the following operating schedule, unless the situation does not permit staff to arrive or necessitates them leaving early (weather is too hazardous, conditions at the University threaten personal safety, etc.).

If classes are canceled, planned Student Activities and Intramural events and activities will also be canceled.

Intramural Facilities (in SAC)

When classes are delayed, Intramural facilities will be delayed as well. When classes are canceled, SAC Intramural
facilities and the Game Room will observe the following schedule:
Monday – Friday: 11:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.
Saturday 12 noon – 5:00p.m.
Sunday 1:00p.m. – 6:00p.m.

All dining venues not listed will close.
Bad Weather Schedule — Evening Classes Canceled
During bad weather when EVENING classes are CANCELED, University of Louisville Dining Services will operate according to the following schedule (subject to change based on “actual weather event”)
Ville Grill will operate on its regular schedule. All other campus dining venues will close at 5 p.m.
