Off Campus Student Services
What is Off Campus Student Services (OCSS)?
Supported by the Office of Student Involvement, Off Campus Student Services advocates for all students who do not reside on campus at the University of Louisville, as well as celebrating the life of the city that surrounds and intersects our campus. Whether you are across the street in Cardinal Towne, or in Old Louisville, or commutingfrom Oldham County you need to know what is happening and how to to get the most out of living in Louisville. Whether you study on the Belknap Campus or the Health Sciences Campus (HSC), and whether you are 18 or 80, you need information about what's happening at UofL and what your city has to offer for your personal development and enjoyment.
UofL is part of an extended community that makes up the City of Louisville. Students can look here for opportunities for involvement as well as about the diverse neighborhoods and living experiences that surround the campus.
Off Campus Housing Assistance
The majority of UofL students live off campus by personal choice. They have found that Louisville is a great place to live and there is plenty of housing for all lifestyles. Whether you live across the street or in the country, you need to get educated about roommate choices, tenant rights, neighborhoods, and safety while searching for your independent home.
