Registered UofL Studentscan access the Web Balloting application by logging onto ULINK at: https://ulink.louisville.edu
You will need to know your ULINK userid and password. These are the same userid and password you would use to log into your other University accounts.

The Web Balloting program may be unavailable at various times after midnight each night due to daily maintenance of the system. If you are unable to access the Web Balloting program at anytime during overnight hours please try again at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience
Once logged onto ULINK you will be presented with the main ULINK page (My Page).
To access the Web Balloting Application choose the Student Services tab on the ULINK main page You will then be presented with a page full of menu options. The ballot program is located on the top left hand corner of the page underBallots.
Select the only option that will be visible: Ballots
Once logged on to the Web Balloting and Survey application, the Information page will be visible.
To see a ballot, select the taupe colored Ballot/Survey tab from the options presented.
Follow the directions for each ballot. Put your cursor in the appropriate box to the left of the ballot selection – the box will change color slightly - left click your mouse to put a check in the box.
There will be three sets of ballots, one for the Queen candidates, one for the King candidates and a comment ballot. After you have completed the first ballot, the system will automatically present you with the second ballot. If you click on “Additional Information”, a new window will open that includes pictures and a short bio for each of the candidates.
To change your vote before it is cast - click the box a second time.
Once the individual selection is made - YOU MUST CLICK ON THE YELLOW SUBMIT BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH BALLOT FOR YOUR VOTE OR RESPONSE TO COUNT Once a vote has been cast it cannot be changed or recalled.
If you have cast all the ballots available to you or if you have no ballots available to you a dialogue box will appear with the message "Thank You , all your votes have been cast"
To exit the system click on "Log Out" at the top right hand corner.
