The Counseling Center is here to help! If you are feeling stressed due to COVID-19, click here to watch a video produced by Dr. Aesha Uqdah. The Counseling Center is connecting with current clients via phone and is working on setting up telehealth options for those clients going forward. Any student can call for an urgent crisis consultation during our regular business hours. We will help students interested in beginning therapy to connect with community providers that have openings for new clients via telehealth.

Textbook Rental Returns
If you currently have rented textbooks your due date will remain April 28th, however an extended grace period of 15 days will allow students to return beyond the due date with no penalties. At this time we ask that all rentals are returned via mail, we will not accept rental returns in person. You can ship your rentals By Mail using our free shipping label.
• Free Label is included in every rental reminder email – watch out for the first email 2 weeks before your rental due date.
• You will need a box for your books and a printer for the label.
• After printing the label, bring the shipment to your nearest FedEx store.

Q. I need to withdraw from classes,but the withdrawal deadline has passed. What should I do?
A. Each college at UofL has a process in which you may petition for a late withdrawal. Speak with your Academic Advisor or contact the Student Advocate at advocate@louisville.edu or (502) 852-5787 to discuss your options and learn about your college’s process.
