1. iTech Xpress Store Closed, New Options Available

UofL's campus bookstore partner Follett Higher Education will now offer technology merchandise and digital accessories at the Swain Student Activities Center (SAC). The MITC lower level location of the iTech Xpress technology store has CLOSED for retail business.
      Software and computers will remain available for purchase through IT's online store at louisville.edu/it/itechxpress for everyone in the UofL community.
      iTechConnect has been relocated a few steps away inside of the iTechZone / REACH computer lab on the lower level of MITC.

2. Entrepreneurship Opportunity for Veterans

The University of Louisville is offering FREE grants for veterans who want to start their own business. The program is called “VetStart.” It is a 10 week program that meets one night (Thursday) a week from 6 to 9 pm in Louisville. Awardees receive one-on-one mentoring, start up training and limited funds for eligible start-up expenses. Awardees will learn to hone their business ideas, develop strategy and most importantly build a network of others who can help them. Deadline for applications is August 5, 2016. 4. UofL Farmers Markets Open on Thursdays!

UofL's weekly Farmers Markets runs through October on Thursdays, rain or shine, at HSC (Gray St. 10:30am-2pm) & Belknap (Ville Grill, 3:30-6pm)! Support local farmers & get fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs, popcorn, tea, honey, jams, breads, sweets & more!
 

5. Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society

ODK is currently accepting applications for their fall induction. Students may apply at  www.odk.org. Students must have a 3.0 or higher GPA and be of at least junior standing.

8. Summer SRC Memberships

Not a student now but were in the spring or will be in the fall but still want to use the SRC? No problem. For $25 you can have your ID validated and  use the center until classes being in August. Just stop by the IM Office between 8AM and 5PM weekdays. https://louisville.edu/intramurals
