President Bendapudi Invites You to a Leadership Discussion With Major General John R. Evans, Jr.
Major General John R. Evans, Jr., commanding general of the U.S. Army Cadet Command and Fort Knox, will share the lessons in leadership he has learned over his 32-year Army career. The discussion will take place Monday, Jan. 27, 2-3 p.m. in the University Club’s large ballroom. Seating is limited and will be first-come, first served. We will open the doors for seating at 1:30 p.m.

International Fashion Show
The SAB 2020 International Fashion Show "The Golden Hour" will be on Friday, January 31, in the SAC Ballroom. The doors will open at 7 pm when the international food sampling will be available. The show will start at 8 pm. Tickets are $7 online presale, $10 day of show.

Planetarium Laser Music Shows
Immerse yourself in our surround sound system as you rock out to great music while laser images dance across the dome Friday nights at 9 PM and 10 PM in the planetarium. Student tickets are $6/show (normally $8) and you can buy up to 4 tickets with one ID.

Ice Hockey Club Hosts Dayton this Saturday
The Ice Hockey Club will face Dayton this Saturday evening at Iceland Arena. First puck drops at 7:00pm. Tickets are $7.00 with student ID at the door. Come early and pack the stands as the IceCards take on the Flyers!

African American History Month Film Series
The HSC Office of Diversity and Inclusion is sponsoring a film series with the Louisville Free Public Library. Films will be shown at 2 pm each Sunday in February, followed by a discussion with UofL faculty. Sunday, February 2: "Free State of Jones."

International Mother Language Day celebrates cultural diversity. The Writing Center seeks multilingual volunteers to host a table during our event on Friday, February 21, 12-1 pm. Information Technology Services announces a beneficial change in encrypted email services on January 31, 6pm with a switch to Microsoft’s O365 message encryption. This upgrade offers new options for sending secure, encrypted emails.

The SRC will be offering a Dance Workshop on Monday, February 3 from 7:15-8:15 PM in Studio 201 by our Zumba Instructor, Emily. Emily will break down the routine in easy to learn segments and put it all together in less than 1 hour. No registration needed.

Thanks to the recent renovation of the 3rd floor lobby area, we are pleased to announce that table tennis is once again available to our students. Paddles and balls are available for checkout at the 1st floor service counter or feel free to bring your own.
