Program Costs

All participants are expected to enroll in one of the four courses and pay the program fee. The fee is applied directly to the student’s account and is eligible for other financial aid. Students are encouraged to speak directly to Financial Aid. Although it's unlikely any students would be accepted, the program fee for students not enrolled in one of the four courses is listed below. The program fee covers nearly all costs associated with the program including all group meals, transportation to and from Louisville to location in the country, group transportation while in the country, travel immunizations prior to departure, and shared hotel accommodations. Souvenirs and other personnel expenses are not covered with the program fee.
