NASPA It's OK to Leave at 5 O'Clock: What Every New Professional Should Consider

As new professionals transition from graduate school to their first job, they discover that adapting to new institutions, developing new relationships, and sustaining balance can be arduous tasks. The 2007 SACSA/NASPA Region III New Professionals Institute (NPI) helped this cohort of successful new professionals to balance their personal and professional lives and spur further examination of the issues of a new professional.  This Webcast promotes understanding of balance and the transition and needs of a new professional.
