According to the Staff Senate Bylaws, all regular meetings are to be held on the second Monday in each month, except for January and August.

Meetings will be scheduled for 2:30 P.M. in Ekstrom Library's Chao Auditorium every month except March and October when it is scheduled on the Health Science Center campus (location varies, see schedule below). 

The new Staff Senate year begins July 1 of each given year.

The Executive Committee has examined the University Holiday Calendar and the calendar listing Religious and Ethnic Holidays to resolve any conflicts with the meeting dates called for in the Staff Senate Bylaws.
