This course provides a comprehensive overview of the current trends and techniques in child sex crime investigations.  The participant will learn the principles required for success in the investigation of the sexual exploitation of children. The participant will also be able to differentiate between homicide and sexual related homicide and understand the principles used in assessing violent criminals. Information designed to provide an overview of prevention programs being used and provide concerning non- police agencies, programs, and activities.
