PRACTICAL RECRUITMENT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT
The ability to attract qualified candidates for vacancies within agencies has become a national challenge. All sizes of law enforcement agencies, are competing with each other and the private sector which may offer higher pay, enhanced benefit packages, and less likelihood of public scrutiny and potential litigation.
Due to these changing times, it is now more important than ever for agencies to focus their attention on effective marketing campaigns to attract potential candidates for vacancies within their agency. The goal of this course is provide the participant with enhanced marketing techniques that are effective and affordable.
