Management of the Small Law Enforcement Agency
40 Hour Training Courses / 4 CEU’s - TUITION: $675.00
This course is for participants in agencies with less than sixty sworn personnel. Managers and supervisors from agencies with four to thirty sworn personnel make up the majority of course participants. The course seeks to build communication among group members, identify causes of and solutions to common problems, and exchange information. MSLEA will focus on developing and defining management in relation to changing times and limited financial and human resources. The curriculum is responsive to changing technology, management practice, and the needs of society.
