MPH student Elizabeth Boyd has become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). The vision of the IBCLC organization is that certified lactation consultants will advance the health and well-being of mothers and children worldwide through support of breastfeeding.

MPH student Robin Weiss was elected to the Board of Directors of Lamaze International. Lamaze International is one of the oldest and largest international non-profit groups supporting childbearing families making evidence- based choices.
