SPHIS is hosting a Safe Zone Training on Friday, Feb. 27 from 12 – 3 PM in conference room 103.  Lunch will be provided for those who register with with Becky Eberle at rpeber01@louisville.edu. The university’s Safe Zone Training is designed for heterosexual people who are called upon to be advocates for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) students, faculty, and staff on campus. The workshop will give straight allies the tools and resources they need to support LGBT students and create a welcoming, affirming campus culture.
