New Conflict of Interest Policy – Attestation and Disclosure Form
New regulations adopted by Public Health Service (PHS) agencies (including NIH) regarding conflicts of interest (COI) in research include a requirement that disclosures of COI be made at the time of proposal. Effective immediately, proposal submissions to PHS agencies will require completion of the new Attestation and Disclosure Form (ADF) by all named project personnel at the time of proposal. To get the form, send a request to COIOFF@louisville.edu. The ADF replaces the online Disclosure of Significant Financial Interest form. Questions regarding this requirement can be directed to Allison Ratterman, PhD, at 852-2453.
