Dr. Myers studies predictors for incomplete mammograms
John Myers, PhD, Assistant Professor, Department of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics collaborated with with Tiffany Justice, MD, Jennifer Stiff, MD, and Michael Milam, MD, MPH, UoL School of Medicine on the manuscript “Prediction of incomplete screening mammograms based on age and race.” The study, published in the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine in the January/February 2012 issue. This study found that premenopausal state and white race are associated with an increased rate for incomplete mammograms.
