Congratulations to graduate, Dr. Joan Buchar
On July 26, Joan Buchar successfully defended her PhD dissertation, entitled "The Barriers and Enabling Factors to Public Health Advocacy in Kentucky Local Health Departments." Dr. Buchar has been a student in the Public Health Sciences, Health Promotion concentration PhD program.
