Center for Health Hazards Preparedness plans statewide summit on pandemic influenza
Kentucky will hold a statewide Pandemic Influenza Summit on Thursday, September 3 at the Frankfort Convention Center. The Center for Health Hazards Preparedness has worked with Kentucky’s Health and Family Services Cabinet on this initiative that will help private and public stakeholders prepare for any developments related to the novel H1N1 influenza strain (swine flu) during this year’s flu season. The conference is free of charge. General registration is now closed, but individuals may still sign up for the waiting list.
