Background

Dr. Clover is Dean of the School of Public Health and Information Sciences at the University of Louisville, Kentucky, where he is Associate Vice President for Health Affairs/Health Informatics. Dr Clover received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Oklahoma City where he also did his residency and fellowship training.
