Background
Chenxi Wang received his Medical Degree from Tianjin Medical University in 1993 and a MS from Beijing Medical University in 1998. He completed all of his clinical training in China before he came to the US in 1999. In 2204, he got a Ph.D. in Nutrition Sciences from University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Wang joined the Department of Epidemiology and Clinical Investigation Sciences in July 2004 as an assistant Professor.
Research Interests
nutritional and molecular epidemiology with applications to human obesity, cancer, and other chronic diseases.
