REC'D ANALYSIS:	Non-linear modeling, generalized estimating equations.

NOTES:  Data are from ambient monitors at three locations adjacent to an
	industrial plant.  The measurements are ambient air qualities with
	respect to the emission butadiene-1,3.  Of interest is whether or not
	the plant is significantly contributing to the air quality in the
	surrounding community through their emissions and an analysis of whether
	ambient air quality is impacted by temperature, precipitation, humidity,
	amount and strength of sunlight, geographic distance from plant, wind
	speed, wind direction, and amounts of air traffic.

DATA NOTES:  Data are tab delimited.
