Admissions Requirements/Deadlines
In order to submit an application to one of the School of Public Health and Information Sciences (SPHIS) degree programs, you must apply to the University of Louisville Graduate School. Admission requirements for each SPHIS degree program are listed below.

Fall Semester - Applications received by Feb. 1 will receive first consideration for admission and funding. Those received after Feb. 1 will be considered based on availability of space in the program. Applications will not be accepted after June 1 for the following fall semester. |
