Join the Mini Baja Team

The Mini Baja Team is always looking for new student members who are willing to get involved and commit some time to the project. Any University of Louisville student is welcome to join the team, even non-engineering students! Mechanical experience is not required.

In addition to designing and constructing the cars, students are also needed to help create a business plan for the cars as well as a presentation to give at competition.

The Mini Baja Team is particularly in need of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Business students.

How to Join

The only requirements are that you be a student at the University of Louisville and that you be a member of SAE. For students, the membership costs are only $10.00 and the applications can be completed online at students.sae.org.

The best way to get started: attend a meeting or swing by either the shop or office. If you have any questions, feel free to contact a captain.
