New vehicle designed for the 2003 season. This vehicle was the first entry in the modern era of Mini Baja for the University. This car featured dual A-Arm front and rear suspensions and was driven by a Comet CVT and a modular 9.25:1 fixed gear reduction unit and brake enclosed within aluminum plates.
The car performed well in the competition and the team members learned several lessons from which to improve upon for the next competition and the next year.

Finished 16th place overall
New vehicle designed for the 2003 season. This is the same vehicle that was run in the Baja West competition. The team performed well, pulling of an impressive top 20 win among 140 competitors. The Baja Midwest competition fills up every year.
