Stereolithography Process Information
- Computer model is sliced into .006" layers.
- A coat of photoreactive apoxy is applied to build platform.
- A cross-section is selectively scanned by an ultra violet laser - hardening where the laser hits.
- New coat of resin is applied.
- Process continues, layer by layer, until the job is complete.
