Dr. Bhaskar's professional expertise is in the area of hydrology, hydraulics and water resources systems engineering. Over the past four decades he has developed and taught courses both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has conducted sponsored research in collaboration with Federal and local agencies. Results from this research has been published in numerous well recognized journals both in the US and abroad. He is currently involved developing collaborative research in Sustainable Flood Plain Management with Dr. Robert Jupner and his research group at the University of Kaiserslautern, Kaiserslautern, Germany.
