Student Research Competition Call for Entries
With E-Expo only a few weeks away, there is still time for students to register for the Student Research Competition. This long standing tradition allows students to showcase their hard work for the public. The posters are judged by working engineers from industry and prizes go to the top posters in the undergraduate and graduate categories as well as the best in each department. Undergraduates, masters students, and those perusing their PhD are permitted to enter a poster and compete. Students may enter as an individual or part of a team. Any research, class project, or capstone project can make a great poster for E-Expo.
Engineering Exposition 2011 will be held on Saturday March 5, 2011. Student Research Competition check-in will be in the morning and judging will begin at 2:30 p.m. This year's keynote address will be given by James McLurkin at 1:00 p.m. immediately following the provided lunch.
