Dr. Kelecy earns promotion in rank

ME faculty member Dr. Andrea Kelecy was promoted from Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering (Term) to Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering (Term) effective July 1, 2011. Reviewers cited her outstanding teaching performance as justification for the promotion.
