Instructions on Joining ASCE-SAME National
Options
Students interested in joining the student chapter have three options for membership. All options include lunch at monthly chapter meetings during their options selected semesters and a student chapter t-shirt.
OPTION 1: FULL YEAR MEMBERSHIP $25.00 (if joining before January 1 2012)
Full year membership includes lunch provided at all monthly chapter meetings during the fall 2011, spring 2012, and summer 2012 semesters.
OPTION 2: HALF YEAR MEMBERSHIP $20.00 (if joining after January 1 2012)
Half year membership includes lunch provided at all monthly chapter meetings during the spring 2012 and summer 2012 semesters.
OPTION 3: FULL YEAR MEMBERSHIP --- FRESHMEN DISCOUNT (if joining before January 1 2012)
Full year membership includes lunch provided at all monthly chapter meetings during the fall 2011, spring 2012, and summer 2012 semesters. This option is ONLY available to students enrolled in ENGR 100 during the fall 2011 semester and ONLY IF you register during the fall 2011 semester. Freshmen enrolled in ENGR 100 who DO NOT join until the spring 2012 semester will be required to take OPTION 2 listed above.

Hard copies of these items are available at the student worker's desk in WS Speed 101. When submitting hard copies, please place your Membership Registration Form and payment together in an envelope, and leave these items with Ms. Graves in WS Speed 101.

Payment
Members can pay in cash or by check. Checks should be made out to "ASCE Student Chapter University of Louisville". In the memo line, please include your shirt color and size.
Staying Connected with the Chapter
Members who DO NOT currently receive group-wide e-mails from asce00@gmail.com need to contact Communications Director Ryan Fagan at: rafagan01@gmail.com It is extremely important to sign up for these e-mails and stay connected with upcoming meetings and events.
