IUT
Undergraduate degree-seeking students, who are currently enrolled, wishing to transfer to another University of Louisville school/college can complete an online IUT request form.
Who is eligible to IUT?
Students who are eligible to IUT must meet the following conditions:
- Currently enrolled at University of Louisville in degree seeking status as an undergraduate. If currently enrolled in Continuing Studies or non-degree status, students need to complete an Undergraduate Application for Admissions.
- Non-dismissed/Non-suspended status. If the student has been dismissed or suspended, they need to complete the Undergraduate Application for Admissions and an Admissions Petition.
Students who are not currently enrolled and University of Louisville was the last location of attendance, can complete a Request to Re-enroll Form (available at the Registrar's Office). The student either returns to the same unit or completes an Undergraduate Application for Admissions.
Students who are not currently enrolled and attended other colleges/universities since last attending University of Louisville must complete an Undergraduate Application for Admissions.
Appointed staff in the Academic Advising Office will complete this form either admitting, deferring, or denying a student's request to transfer into their unit.
If a student is deferred, then their IUT request will be reviewed again at the end of the semester or when their petition has been reviewed.
