Degree Application Process

Degree applications are now online and paper copies are no longer accepted.

Follow the steps below to complete an online degree application:

Complete and submit the form. If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar's Office - (502) 852-4659.

Departmental signatures are no longer required since this is an online form.

Please note: If you are applying for multiple degrees (BXX-MEN-CERT) you need to complete multiple applications.
