LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!

These town hall forums will be open to any and all students to voice their opinions on policies, current events, etc. It is one of many innovative communication strategies that President OJ Oleka is so focused on. Their will be a brief report by OJ, and the main priority of the meeting is to take questions and suggestions. We will be listening and seeking the opinions of the student body. We are striving to have an open, transparent organization and this is one of many ways that we will do that this year. Please join us!

10th anniversary celebration!

Student Government Association and Athletics are proudly partnering up to bring to you the 10th Anniversary Celebration of  Owsley B. Frazier Cardinal Park! Cardinal Park has been a cornerstone of U of L Athletics for the past 10 years and we feel it neccessary to celebrate this milestone.

The event will begin at 4 p.m. with a U of L Field Hockey game against Syracuse

6:30 p.m.- U of L Men's Soccer against West Virginia

At halftime of the soccer game there will be a formal commemoration of Cardinal Park given by Athletic Director Tom Jurich, introduced by SGA President, O.J. Oleka.

Following the soccer game, there will be a pep rally at Trager Stadium for the U of L Football team's game the following day against rival, University of Kentucky.

At the conclusion of the pep rally, Nappy Roots, featuring Kenzo, will put on a free concert for all fans at Trager Stadium. Nappy Roots has created a song entitled, "The Cardinal Chomp," which will be one of the theme songs this year for U of L Athletics! Come see Nappy Roots perform and premier the Cardinal Chomp song!
