October Report
1. Discussion with the Dean - We hosted a discussion with Dean Moyer
regarding the increase in Career/Tech fee for all upper level COB
classes. The fee will be raised from $30 to $45 in the fall.
2. We are working on a Study Abroad Event with the International
Coordinator in the COB.
3. Working on the most effective way to provide Wall Street Journals
now that the basement has reopened.
4. Elected officers
5. Dicussion of issues such as Campus Health, Smoking Ban, COB
Calculus requirement recommended by the Undergraduate Core Committee.
SEPTEMBER REPORT
-We just accepted 11 new members to our council. There may be a few more to come!
-Donuts with the Dean - Oct 7&8 at 9am College of Business
-Tentative Date for a Town Hall Forum with the Dean regarding a proposal on increasing the Career/Management Technology Fee - Oct 7 4pm
-Wall Street Journal's on hold until basement is renovated
-Working with the Dean on improving the Ulmer Career Center's visibility with students
