Our first SWE Awards was held on April 4th, 2009 at Cherokee Park from 2-4 PM. Both serious and funny awards were given out to various members of SWE who became and stayed involved with SWE.

For the event, each member brought a side dish or dessert to go with sandwiches that were made at the park. Awards were given out after the feasting took place.

Although this was out first awards event, it went well and will continue so we can recognize our outstanding members!
