This year, Region G Conference will be held at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Ketucky. The regional conference is from March 5-7, 2010. However, we are planning to attend on March 6 where all the workshops are presented as well as a small career fair and a baquet.

We are thinking to drive and come back the same day since it is not that far as previous years. Also, we can save money on hotel for other SWE events and because the first and last day are not that important.

The price of the conference is $40 till February 20th. After that day, it will be $50. Please register it soon if you dont want to be charged $10 extra.

9 - 9:30 am : Transportation to UK
10 - 11 am: Profesional Meeting (for Professionals only) and Workshops
11 - 12 pm: Workshops
12 - 1 pm : Lunch
1 - 2 pm : Collegiate Meeting (officers and those that are also interested) and Workshops
1:30 - 3:30 pm : Career Fair
1:30 - 6 pm: Tours (Optional)
2 - 3 pm : Small Campus Tour (Optional)
3 - 4 pm: Workshops
4 - 5 pm: Transportation to Marriott
5 - 6:00 pm: FREE TIME
6 - 7:00 pm: Transportation to Spindletop
7 - 10:00 pm: Banquet
