On Saturday, September 26th, 2009 from 9am-12pm, members of  SWE took an annual fall trip to Huber's Farm to pick apples. Due to Eastern Parkway being closed, eighteen members met in front of Gray's Bookstore and carpooled to Huber's Farm in Starlight,  IN. Upon arrival, everyone gathered together to wait for the tractor to take them to begin picking apples. Everyone picked some Red Delicious Apples; after picking all the apples, they went over to where the goats and cows were and fed them apples that had fallen on the ground. Some members even got sneezed on by the goats! Once the tractor had taken them back to the main store, everyone looked around, bought apples, spreads, and candies. Then they walked over to the resturaunt to eat lunch there. The day ended around noon once lunched had been finished.
