ROOMMATE NEEDED!

I will be out of state this summer and need someone to live in my room
at my house.  Its a really big room and the house has washer, dryer,
full kitchen, living room, back yard and is fully furnished.
Rent+Water+cable is approximately $315 plus utilities (usually under
$30).  So it all totals just under $350.  I need someone to sublease
May-July.  I have two roommates both of whom are girls and really easy
to live with.  They'll both be here this summer but one will be an SOSer
and the other works 8-5 every day so they'll seldom be home.  Their
names are Morgan Forrester and Justine Bates.  The address is 438 E.
Brandeis Ave.  It's really really really close to campus (arguably as
close or closer than the province or Bettie).  Please please please let
