- Bring Passport, I-20, SSN Letter, Student Registration Certificate (from Registrar Office), Address Letter (any print letter, bills, e.g., showing your current address)
- Make an appointment to get the blue letter at 502-493-1477 (see below)
- Go to the blue letter office to get the blue letter (address:4109 BARDSTOWN RD, UNIT 105)
- Go to Bowman Field to take the paper test (no appointment needed)
- After one month, you can make an appointment to take the road test
- Congratulations! you got the driver liscence
