ATTENTION: The Office of Enrollment Management has moved back to Houchens Building 160.

CAUTION: To avoid missing the deadline, do not leave your affidavit and documenation with an office other than Enrollment Management. Appeals must be submitted before the end of our business day.

An application for a review of a determination of residency status shall be received in the Office of Enrollment Management no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the first day of class of the academic term for which a determination of residency status is requested. Academic calendars are available in the Schedule of Courses and on the University Web site.  Pursuant to 13 KAR 2:045, Determination of Residency Status for Admission and Tuition Assessment Purposes, an institution may set other deadlines for submission of additional documentation required by the Institution in a determination of residency status.

For specific information regarding the filing of an application, please refer to the Council on Postsecondary Education document 13 KAR 2:045, Determination of Residency Status for Admission and Tuition Assessment Purposes. Copies of the Regulation and University Policy  are available from this web site,  in the Office of Enrollment Management and all Offices of Admission.
