Assists in the direction and oversight of responsibilities associated with the accounting, financial reporting and compliance duties related to sponsored programs financial administration. Assists in the oversight of the financial administrative staff assigned to report post award activities; manages the billing, collections, effort reporting, account analysis/reconciliations, closing/audit activities and financial reporting assignments; facilitates the establishment of service centers, including rate development and ongoing service cost reviews.
